4.Structure

Material
a	The test machine chamber is made of light gray impact-resistant PVC board with a thickness of 5mm and a durable temperature of 85°C.(Taiwan Nanya brand). The thickness of the three-dimensional reinforcement around the edge is 10mm, and the structure is firm.
b	The test chamber cover is sealed with a PVC impact-resistant plate with a thickness of 5mm, which will not be distorted and deformed when used at high temperatures. The inner and outer layers of the edge are thickened to prevent distortion and deformation due to long-term high temperature. Thickness 15mm
c	Hidden one-piece reagent supplement bottle, easy to clean and easy to operate.
d	The saturated air barrel adopts SUS#304 stainless steel high-pressure barrel with the best heat preservation effect

2.	Spray system
a	Using Bernoult's principle to absorb salt water and then atomize it, the degree of atomization is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing
b	Nozzles: made of special glass nozzles, which can adjust the size of the spray amount and the spray angle
c	The spray volume is adjustable from 1 to 2ml/h (ml/80cm2/h standard requires testing for 16 hours to find the average volume). The measuring cylinder adopts the embedded installation, the appearance is beautiful and tidy, the observation is convenient, and the installation space of the instrument is reduced
d	Spray method: continuous spray
3.	Air supply system
a	First section is roughly adjusted to 2Kg/cm2, and the inlet air filter has a drainage function

4.	Heating system
